Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty
KILLIAN Jewelry products are covered by a 6 month manufacturer's warranty to be free of defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Returns
We have a 30 day return policy. Unworn, unused items in their original packaging can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account or card statement.
Remember, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 401 N 3RD STREET, SUITE 663 MINNEAPOLIS Minnesota US 55401

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will not be charged additional shipping to receive your replacement item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
